FORD GLOBAL PITCH 2019
Concept EV Launch

NOTE: Electron is a concept name

CHALLENGE
People think electric vehicles are not powerful

IDEA
Why not launch Ford Australia’s first EV through a powerful act of nature?

EXECUTION
We will launch the EV through the power of lightning

We launch Ford Australia's EV vehicle in the Northern Territory with one of the world's most consistently
large thunderstorms each year, that they named it 'Hector the Convector.'

Suspense is built with each lightning strike as the EV charges up and ready for its maiden voyage around Australia

FORD Low Price Tyre Guarantee
The cutest way to talk about road safety

INSIGHT
People don’t think about the safety of their tyres, until it’s too late.

IDEA
It’s cute when your dog loses grip, but when it’s your car slipping, you’ve got a serious safety issue. So, let’s use thumb-stopping
viral videos of cute dogs to communicate the importance of safe tyres in an interesting way.

EXECUTION
So, let’s use videos of dogs slipping to demonstrate people the symptoms of unsafe tyres.
